Stars turn out for Carole Nash Motorcycle Show at Birmingham's NEC

A HOST of stunning two wheeled models, not to mention a flurry of glamourous two legged ones, launched the 2009 Carole Nash International Motorcycle and Scooter Show.

And this year’s event will set a new benchmark for the number of celebrity names appearing at the show at Birmingham’s National Exhibition Centre.

The list of riders attending reads like the who’s who of the biking world.

It includes celebrity adventurer Charley Boorman, world superbike heroes like Carl Fogarty and Troy Corser and stars from every other form of two-wheeled racing. Finlay McAllan, managing director of organisers MCI Exhibitions, said: “The number of stars who have committed their time to attend this year’s show has been overwhelming. The show is often the only chance the public has to meet them so they are a key visitor attraction.”

This year’s event welcomes the all new Off Road Zone, situated in Hall 5, which will be dedicated to the very best from the off road world with the highlight being the opening two rounds of The Future West ACU British Supercross Championships.

Taking place tomorrow and Saturday, December 5, the event will host the biggest names including defending SX1 and SX2 Champ Mike Brown, title challenger Zach Osborne and newly-crowned Canadian MX1 Champion and double British Supercross Champion Colton Facciotti.
