Property firms go on recruitment trail

Mr Jones has over 20 years experience at the top level in Tamworth and the surrounding areas, dealing with a range of mainly industrial, warehousing and office properties and clients.

Kingston’s Andrew Buckman said: “Graham has a strong reputation in the area and we are delighted to bring him on board. His experience and the client base he brings, will add substantially to the business. It further enhances our ability to provide clients with the level of high quality and informed advice they require in an increasingly competitive market.”

Tuffin Ferraby Taylor (TFT), the independent property and construction consultancy, has appointed Ian Wilton to its Birmingham team.

Mr Wilton joins TFT as senior building surveyor. Starting his career at Alan Seager Architects in 1994, he worked for GVA Grimley and Jones Lang LaSalle before joining GSD in 2007 which was bought by CBRE the same year.

James Bent, head of TFT’s Birmingham office, said: “Ian brings with him a wealth of experience developed over years of practice. Over this time Ian has built a sound reputation and a good contact base. He will be an asset to the team.”
