Emma Brady joined The Birmingham Post in 2000 as a general reporter, but soon specialised in consumer affairs. In 2004 she became the Post's health correspondent, who has won three Medical Journalism Awards and successfully led major campaigns for the paper. Outside work she is a dedicated runner who has completed six marathons to date, most recently finishing the London Marathon in under four hours.
