Institute of Asian Businesses Awards 2009 spotlights successes

Companies have been invited to demonstrate their successes by entering a prestigious business award.
The Institute of Asian Businesses (IAB) Awards 2009 will be presented at a high-profile annual dinner on November 21 at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham.
Last year’s winners include Rajeev Rana, owner of Itihaas restaurant as outstanding entrepreneur of the year and Rani Uppelle, director of Simply Recruitment, as outstanding woman in business. Sukhdevs Catering Services and Trinity Training Services won outstanding medium to large enterprise and Lasan won outstanding hospitality employer of the year.
IAB Chairman, Dr. Arun Bajaj said: “Winners will be individuals and companies whose skill, ambition, enthusiasm and sheer hard work have enabled them to excel in their business pursuits. The awards are the ideal opportunity for these qualities to be recognised.”
