A total of 16 Midland jobs have been saved following the sale of a cash-stricken frozen food storage warehouse facility in North Warwickshire.
Administrators PwC were appointed in July following the collapse of Partner Logistics Hams Hall and Partner Logistics Management UK.
With a capacity of 42,000 pallets, the companies provided frozen food storage in a highly automated leased warehouse in Hams Hall.
The administrations of the companies followed the insolvency of their parent company and wider group in Europe.
The business had continued to trade and a sale of the business and assets to The Yearsley Group Limited has now been completed.
The Yearsley Group is the largest cold storage and distribution company in the UK and has also acquired the freehold of the Hams Hall warehouse from Ropemaker Properties.
