Jones Lang LaSalle seals deal for final phase of Meir Park

Jones Lang LaSalle has agreed a pre-let of the final phase of Meir Park in Stoke-on-Trent to Sants Pharmaceutical Distributors (Sants), part of the Co-operative Group.

Sants has signed up for a 190,000 sq ft warehouse and distribution unit on a 25-year lease.

Cameron Mitchell, head of Jones Lang LaSalle’s industrial and logistics team in Birmingham, said: “This deal, which follows on from the pre-let to Recticel, completes the tenant line for the development and shows the strength of current occupier demand in the Midlands industrial market.”

Meir Park occupies an 18 acre site and has a strategic location fronting the A50 trunk road linking the M1 and M6 motorways in Staffordshire.

Jones Lang LaSalle and Matthews & Goodman are joint agents acting on behalf of Henry Boot Developments at Meir Park. King Sturge represented Sants Pharmaceuticals.
