Carter Electrical Services move into North Staffs Business Park

North Staffs Business Park has welcomed its first occupier, Carter Electrical Services.

The company which is geared to providing a complete electrical service package has acquired Unit 6 on a three-year flexible agreement. Carter Electrical Services took occupation of the 1,616sq ft unit from June 1.

Darren Reeves, from Carter Electrical, said: “With over eight years of experience and a 16-strong team, we are in the process of expanding our company nationally with school work, hospital and high residence as well as offering a full services package if required. The newly-built premises at North Staffs Business Park have provided the perfect location with good access for us to grow our business from, and the flexible easy-in, easy-out agreements were a factor in our decision to relocate.”

Northern Trust’s new 27,687sq ft industrial/workshop development forms part of the Company’s new £11 million investment which also includes a state of the art serviced office centre, due for completion in July.
