Chivers Commercial completes two retail lettings in the West Midlands

Independent chartered surveyor Chivers Commercial has completed two retail lettings in the West Midlands.

Acting on behalf of private investors, Chivers Commercial has let a retail unit with a sales area of 532 sq ft at 101 Alcester Road, Moseley, to Oxfam Books and Music Store.

Meanwhile, acting on behalf of a private investor, Chivers Commercial has let retail premises with a sales area of 804 sq ft at 168 Alcester Road, Moseley to local business Encore.
