A Midland wealth management firm has branched into property development with a luxury scheme in the heart of Lichfield.
Pool House Professional Advisers has commenced work on the £2 million property project, which will include a luxury apartment overlooking both Stowe Pool and Minster Pool in the heart of the city, three further residential dwellings, two commercial office suites and the refurbishment of Pool House itself – an 18th century listed building.
David Burns, director at Pool House Professional Advisers, said: “We’re thrilled to have started this development and are excited about the outcome.
“These prestigious properties will provide highly desirable dwellings for those looking for a slice of city living, particularly the luxury apartment which will be the only residential property in the city to overlook Stowe Pool on one side and Minster Pool and the cathedral on the other.
“The office suites will also attract businesses wanting a city centre location with parking in a great area close to all the amenities. We’re based in Pool House and we’ve made a great start on the refurbishment with which we’re delighted already.”
Completion of the residential properties is expected by the end of this year with the office suites to be ready by March.
