Birmingham-based design and communications consultancy AHP Design has relaunched with a new name and logo.
The firm will now been known as Sixth Story, based on the Mandarin number six, which is pronounced similarly to the word ‘fluid’.
Managing director Sian Lenegan said the firm had been through a lot of changes over the last 12 months, hence the rebrand.
“We first started out as a ‘virtual team’ working at opposite ends of the country,” she said.
“In autumn, we moved into our first office at Rhubarb in Birmingham’s creative quarter, which is perfect for us, and in December we were joined by a new creative director who replaced my previous business partner.
“Things have changed so much over the last few months and we have a whole new perspective and a lot of exciting ideas, so we wanted to rework our brand to reflect that.”
