Birmingham insurer chosen by heavy transportation firm

Heavy transportation firm Abnormal Load Engineering (ALE) has appointed Birmingham International Airport insurers Aon to manage its insurance programme and provide strategic advice on risk matters.

ALE is one of a few specialist global providers of transportation services for large and heavy items such as ship and oil sections and large generating plant.

The insurance broker will be responsible for placing cover on a worldwide basis. The team will deliver broking and servicing expertise coupled with technical knowledge in a broad range of areas.
