Higgs & Sons joins franchise body

Black Country law firm Higgs & Sons has become an affiliate member of the British Franchise Association.

Higgs & Sons has been involved in franchising work for many years and in that time has acted for franchisors and franchisees in a variety of industries.

Ian Shovlin, senior partner, said: "We are thrilled to achieve recognition from the BFA.

"Franchising has received a bad press on occasions, primarily due to unwary individuals signing up with disreputable franchisors; however, in most cases, franchising remains a highly successful and attractive business model.
