Keelys help in purchase of trendy London bar
Lichfield law firm Keelys has acted for two entrepreneurs in acquiring the famous Home Bar and Restaurant in Shoreditch, London.
The venue has been used for a number of high profile events including Naomi Campbell’s 40th birthday and the launch party of Kaiser Chiefs’ latest album.
Daniel Keane, managing partner at Keelys represented Jonathan Ross and Andy Maddocks, whose company Mothership Group, purchased Home from Wiseguys for an undisclosed amount. Mothership is part of Spectre HQ, which has a rapidly expanding band of popular London bars within its group.
Daniel Keane and his corporate team at Keelys undertook all the legal work involved in the acquisition including negotiating the agreement and liaising with the Bank.
