New partner at Harvey Ingram

Law firm Harvey Ingram has expanded the management team of its Edmund House offices with the promotion to partner of corporate specialist Heidi Hendon. Ms Hendon has extensive experience of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and shareholder agreements, joint ventures and reorganisations. Ms Hendon said: “I am delighted and a little flattered to be made a partner.”
