Law firm Shakespeare Putsman makes second purchase in two months

West Midland law firm Shakespeare Putsman is set to acquire Nottingham firm Berryman, according to reports.

Shakespeares has been on the acquisition trail for some time now, and the new deal will come just two months after the a widely-trailed merger with Midland rivals Needham & James.

Berryman, based the East Midlands, employs 124 people, focussing on business support, property work, insurance and private client contracts.
