New recruit at Alsters Kelley

Warwickshire law firm Alsters Kelley Solicitors has awarded a training contract to a new recruit.

The firm has taken on Amy Cotter, who kick-started her legal career at Cambridge law firm Taylor Vinters as a paralegal within the commercial property and personal injury departments.

She will gain experience within four departments at Alsters Kelley, her first ‘seat’ will see her specialising in corporate and commercial work. Upon successful completion of the two-year contract, Amy will become a fully-fledged solicitor.

Training member Neil Raiseborough said: “Amy possesses the vital skills we look for when offering a training contract and we are very excited to have her on board.”

“There is a lot of competition out there and we get hundreds of applications each year. It is a testament to Amy’s abilities that she has proven herself worthy of a contract offer.”

Ms Cotter said: “I have travelled a lot but I’m a Midlands girl at heart and am really excited to be joining such a well renowned firm. Everyone has been really welcoming and I am already learning a great deal from the solicitors in my team.”
