Dudley kids get interactive
Young people in Dudley have been busy building a new inter-active website for 11MILLION.org.uk, the Children's Commissioner's organisation, which goes live today.
11MILLION.org.uk wanted a more child-friendly site for youngsters of all ages and abilities across the country to have fun and to share what's on their minds.
A group of young people from the organisation Dudley Decision Making Kids, have been involved in every step of the website development.
They hired the web design agency for Sir Al Aynsely-Green, the Children's Commissioner for England, and decided how the site should look, as well as creating its special features.
The website will help Sir Al and 11MILLION.org.uk find out the views and opinions of even more children and young people up and down the country.
Sir Al will take their views to decision-makers to help improve children and young people's lives.
Youngsters of all ages and abilities can use the interactive website to have a say and tell the organisation what matters most to them.
They can upload drawings, powerpoints, articles, soundfiles and videos and contribute to blogs in loads of themed rooms on the website. There's also space on the site for very young children.
