Personal Executive Assistants Regional Society (PEARS) members attended the first event of 2008 at Bebo Cafe in Paradise Forum. Attendees were able to sample the menu at the event and also listen to Kate Walker Lifestyle-PA who talked about how a healthy new you is down to a lifestyle change and not a diet.
