Dexys, formerly Dexys Midnight Runners, will next month release the first single from their forthcoming comeback album.

The band, fronted by Kevin Rowland, release She Got A Wiggle on May 28, which precedes the release of their first album in 26 years One Day I'm Going To Soar, a week later on June 5.

Joining Rowland in the comeback line-up are Mick Talbot, Pete Williams and Jim Paterson.

Four live dates are scheduled for May, with gigs at London's Shepherd's Bush Empire and Cottiers Theatre in Glasgow sold out.

There are more concerts across the UK being planned for later in the year.

Dexys also have been announced to play both the Lounge on the Farm festival on July 12 and Latitude festival on July 13.
