Late fitness test for Kevin Phillips

West Bromwich Albion striker Kevin Phillips was resuming training with his team-mates today as he battles to be fit for tomorrow's Championship clash with Plymouth at The Hawthorns.

Phillips, who is the club's top scorer with 17 goals this season, damaged his knee in last Saturday's 2-1 defeat against Hull City and has been sidelined all week.

Should he fail a late fitness test for tomorrow's 3pm kick-off, manager Tony Mowbray will have new loan star Luke Moore at his disposal after the player joined the Baggies on a deal until the end of the season with the view to a £3.5 million permanent move in the summer.
