Thousands of people turned out to cheer soldiers of the 26th Regiment The Royal Artillery as they paraded through Birmingham after completing three tours of Afghanistan and three tours of Iraq. The regiment, also known as the West Midlands Gunners, has also been granted the freedom of the city of Birmingham.
