Man quizzed over Erdington stab death
A man is being questioned by police on suspicion of murder following the death of a 34-year-old Birmingham man stabbed in the neck.
Lee Fletcher Wellard, from Faulkeners Farm Drive in Erdington, was attacked at about 3.15am on Saturday and died at the scene. The stabbing happened at an address in Faulkeners Farm Drive.
A 47-year-old man was arrested on Monday and is helping police with their inquiries
