Car windscreen washers banned
An aggressive windscreen cleaning gang has been banned from trying to wash car windows for five years.
The four men weaved in and out of rush-hour traffic on a busy Birmingham junction trying to pressurise drivers into giving them spare change.
Council officials said the men had become aggressive.
