Man arrested after alleged hit-and-run in Digbeth
A man has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving after a hit-and-run collision in central Birmingham.
A 31-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries following the incident in which a car struck a pedestrian on Sherlock Street, Digbeth.
Another man, also 31, was arrested and bailed. The car which failed to stop is thought to be a silver saloon model.
