Man held over Birmingham M6 death crash

A man has been arrested after a lorry driver was killed in a motorway crash on the M6 near Birmingham.

The 27-year-old driver was pronounced dead at the scene of a collision between two lorries on the northbound carriageway, which had to be closed.

A 38-year-old man was held on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, West Midlands Police said.
