Jury fails to reach verdict on 'race' murder

A jury has failed to reach verdicts in the trial of three men accused of killing an IT worker during race riots in Birmingham.
After indicating they were unable to return any verdicts following four days of deliberations they were discharged by Mr Justice Holroyde. Waqar Ahmed, 28, Afzal Khan, 25, and Azhil Khan, 26 had denied murdering Isaiah Young-Sam.
